P. Sloan Joseph is an Instructional Coach, Educational Consultant, and keynote speaker with over twenty years of experience assisting K-12 public and private school educators. She specializes in the areas of school and classroom culture, student engagement, and technology. Sloan is known for her practical and effective strategies, presented with authenticity and humor. In 2024, she was invited to present over fifty keynotes and workshops in schools and districts across the United States, including being a featured speaker for the annual AMLE conference in Nashville, TN and the AMLE/HIDOE Middle Grades Summit in Honolulu, HI. Her insights have been featured in Power of Connection by Dr. Matthew X. Joseph and chapter 6 of Teachers Deserve It by Rae Hughart and Adam Welcome.

 

In 2015, Sloan established Greater is in Me, LLC, a training and consulting organization based out of Greenville SC, focused on personal and professional development through keynotes, workshops, blogs and podcasts. She is the host of the Greater is in Me podcast centered around her life as a wife (Mark), mother (Jeffrey), and educator. The purpose of the podcast is to inform, inspire, and influence listeners to fulfill the greatness that exists within. Greater is in Me is available on iTunes, Google Podcast, Anchor & Spotify. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and is currently affiliated with the Pi Zeta Omega chapter.
